Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, mailed invoices will be delayed. To ensure timely payments and avoid any late fees, we encourage you to use our Customer Portal to view and pay your invoices online.

How to Access Your Invoices and Make Payments:

To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on My Account, or go to https://portal.wavedirect.net/
  2. Register: If you haven’t already done so, click on “New portal user? Register an account here!” All new and existing customers will need to register in the portal.

Once registered and logged in, you will have access to the following features:

  • Billing Preferences: Set up pre authorized bank or credit card payments.
  • View and Download Invoices: Easily access your current and past invoices, and download them for your records.
  • Payment History: Review your payment history and track all your transactions.
  • Account Details: Update your personal contact information.

For Those Who Receive Paper Invoices or Would Like to Make a Payment Over the Phone:

If you’re still receiving paper invoices and would like to switch to email billing to avoid delays, or if you prefer to make a payment over the phone, please contact our office. We can update your billing preferences and send future invoices to your email address. You can also receive your balance and make payments via credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit by calling us directly.
